Your legal pet shipping partner!

Important! Puppies may be confiscated by the authorities if they enter the target country illegally. Work with fully legal shipping companies only. Do not trust individuals or businesses who do not register your puppy into the traces system (e.g. parcel services, haulers or couriers), as this is legally required for all commercial shipping deals in the EU!

More about us

We were the first in Hungary to launch a fully legal pet shipping business to all parts of Europe back in 2006. We deliver weekly. Please inquire about our company's schedules in e-mail or on the phone. We are proud to have nearly two decades of experience in shipping live animals. The transports are launched from a site authorized by NÉBIH (National Food Chain Safety Administration) and supervized by a state veterinarian! All our drivers are fully qualified and certified.

Our company will only start the transportation of a dog or cat if they meet all the requirements stipulated by the European Union, the countries involved, and our company's internal regulations. Every dog and cat to be transported must have the following:

  • Microchip identification (ISO 11784 and 11785)
  • A standard European pet passport
  • Rabies vaccination administered after microchip identification, complying with the national regulations of the country of origin, including the validity period (in Hungary, 3 months for a first-time vaccinated puppy, 6 months for initial vaccinations, and 1 year/365 days in other cases, but always after 12 weeks of age!)
  • Our company requires that every animal undergo treatment against Echinococcus within 48 hours prior to departure, verified with exact date, time, and minute by the attending veterinarian in section VII of the pet passport.
  • Additionally, within 48 hours prior, veterinary certification and clinical examination are required, documented in section X of the passport.
About vaccinations
  • We only transport dogs and cats with valid rabies vaccinations.
  • Only animals identifiable by microchip can be vaccinated. If a previous vaccination was administered before microchip insertion, the animal must be revaccinated after the chip is implanted.
  • At least 21 days must pass between rabies vaccination after microchip implantation and the start of travel, unless the vaccination is continuous.

These details can be checked in section V of the pet passport.

The journey

The journey can take anywhere from 1–2 hours to several days. The estimated travel time is agreed upon with the owners before departure based on our years of experience. Your pet travels with us under maximum care. They are regularly fed and hydrated, and a climate-controlled system equipped with a thermostat ensures the most suitable temperature. Larger dogs are also walked at our well-established, sterile rest stops.

Other important criteria
  • We require photos of the pet passport prior to transportation.
  • For transportation to the United Kingdom and European Union countries (except Sweden), we require a photo of address verification documentation from the recipient. The photo must display the name and address of the recipient (e.g., an ID card, driver's license, utility bill, or lease agreement). The animal can only be delivered to the address shown in the verification photo.
  • For transportation from the United Kingdom to the European Union, the animal must have an AHC certificate issued by a veterinarian no more than 10 days before the journey.
  • For transportation to Sweden, the recipient must register in the TRACES system.
  • For reptiles, amphibians, birds, and rodents, a Health Certificate issued by a veterinarian is required.
