Do not trust individuals or businesses who do not register your puppy into the traces system (e.g. parcel services, haulers or couriers), as this is legally required for all commercial shipping deals in the EU! Do not forget that all pets need to be traceable as to how they got into the country. Failing to show up in the traces system will have consequences! Non-certified agents are typically not even familiar with the legal requirements of shipping.
